License code for a new product missing

Hi, 

I purchased the Upgrade from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance to Trados Studio 2022 Freelance and have just installed the new version. However I cannot find the license for this product in my RWS Account nor the activation code for the product, although the download appeared after the purchase. Apparently I am using now the new version with the trial version only. I have not had such a problem earlier and I can stil see the older licenses under my Account.

Can you please help me?
