Installed Trados 2021 in my laptop but "You have two upgrades" still appears (I have 2 licences). When I click to upgrade I get an error warning. But no instructions. I don't know how to proceed.

Question

I am currently working with Studio 2019. I purchased the upgrade to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance two years ago but never bothered to download it. I tried today, I was able to download 2021 but I can't get the activation code. My RWS profile still indicates "You have two upgrades. Click here to upgrade your licenses" but when I click I only get an error message with no error number. I don't know how to proceed. I have two licenses. Thank you for your assistance.

 I`ve noticed that you managed to upgrade your license to 2021 and activate it. Can you confirm if everything is ok?
