Trados 2019 deactivating and activating does not work after a reinstallation of Trados

Hello,

It's always the same with the activating/deactivating of Trados; it still does not work reliably.

And what is worse, it is, if any, very difficult to get support for this essential problem that is rarely or never the fault of the user.

In  my case I needed to reinstall my whole computer, so I tried to deactivate my license before the computer reset - unsuccessfully.

So I had no choice but to reset the computer without deactivating Trados. And of course, after the new installation of the operating system and Trados the activation does not work as the licence is still activated.

Is there anyone who can help, preferably someone of the support team who can reset my licence easily with just a few clicks? PLEASE!
