Trados Studio shuts down unexpectedly.

Question

Hello, 
 I installed the update (from 2019 to 2021), a week ago, before started a big (60k words) project.. At the beginning it worked fine without any problem but now it started shutting down unexpectedly (every one hour) and the error number is: 
 0x0000000075ECD6C2. Any help? 
 I'm working on Windows10.
