Question

Hello, 
 I've downloaded Studio 2021 and have several kinds of errors. Regarding the reference topic (value cannot be null. Parameter name: source) there are many similar questions in the knowledge base and many remain unanswered, However I tried different solutions (changed file name, approved changes, deleted comments) but it still not working. Perhaps there is a noisy character BUT how to find it? Any URGENT help please?

 Product: Trados Studio 2021. My current version is 16.2.12.9338. I know there is another version to download but I'm in the middle of two big projects. Thank you.

 The issue you're encountering may be related to a Translation Engine in your project settings.

 If you have not tried this and you are using a Translation Engine then here are the steps to resolve it: 
 
 Open the project. 
 Go to Project Settings. 
 Click on Language Pairs > All Language Pairs > Translation Memory and Automated translation. 
 Select the translation engine then click the "Remove" button. 
 Click on "Use..." > SDL Language Cloud > Select Translation Engines. 
 Choose the translation engine you intend to use, and click "Save"​​.
