I want to uninstall 2019 which is installed alongside 2021 in order to install 2022 alongside 2021. System won't accept the deactivation of 2019.
I didn't try to deactivate 2021 first because I'm afraid of being completely stuck. The Trados activation/deactivation process is very tricky and often
a source of headaches. :)

According to our system, you do not own a Trados 2022 license or an upgrade to Trados 2022. If you choose to purchase and process an upgrade to Trados 2022, please note that Trados 2019 won't be working anymore (no need to deactivate it, you can simply uninstall it). At the moment you have Trados 2021, which you can use along with Trados 2019, as long as Trados 2019 is installed on the same PC as Trados 2021. If you need a license reset for Trados 2021, please let us know and we will submit a case for you.

Thanks for your reply. When I try to uninstall 2019, I am asked to deacativate it! Below is the message I received with no ticket number!
I'll upgrade to 2022 once I get rid of 2019. I want to run 2022 alongside 2021.
