I cannot deactivate my SDL Trados 2017 license on my old computer.

I need to deactivate it to be able to activate it on my new computer. However, when using the online deactivation button in SDL Trados 2017 I get an error message about the impossibility to create a secure SSL/TLS communication channel with the server. And when I try to deactivate offline going to my account and click on the "Generate deactivation authorization ticket" button for the license I want to deactivate, I get the error message: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request.". I have tried several times both online and offline deactivation yesterday and today, but with no success. Please help.
