Thank you for your swift reaction. We already have set up a case (number 00801255)

Answer provided by support is as follows:

1. Deactivate the 2019 license from License Manager.
2. Upgrade the 2019 license to 2021, this will add 2 seats for the existing 2021 license.
3. Activate the newly generated 2021 seats on the server - this will merge the seats on the server (...)

We will proceed in this way. I will come back here and post the result.
