Unable to deactivate licence offline

Question

I cannot get into the product (BaccS Desktop 5), so I want to deactivate my licence and re-install the program from scratch. I clicked "Deactivate offline" and got through to the next page. Then, when I pressed the "Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket" button, it returned an error message. However, I did then receive an Offline Deactivation Authorization email from you, but the part that says "Offline deactivation ticket:" is blank - no "ticket" or code of any kind is provided.
