I have new computer and need to migrate my licence.
However, I am unable to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Licence. Like many other clients these days, it seems the deactivation of a Trados licence is impossible.
The error message says "Deaktivierung Fehlgeschlagen. Revocation is either complete or a revocation proof is already uploaded." The offline deactivation doesn't seem to work either. The e-mail I received after trying was blank.
I am aware you are receiving many demands but I hope this problem will be solved shortly. Thanks!
