Deactivating a licence

Hi Team,

hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to you to ask support for a deactivation of a Trados Studio 2017 licence.

Account: Novilinguists Srl

code: xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxb7a4

An error occurs while deactivating it in Studio.

SDL Trados Studio 2017 activation window showing an active license with a deactivate button and an error message stating deactivation failed, cannot connect to activation server, and cannot create SSLTLS secure channel.

I tried also to deactivate it on the Portal but another error shows up:

Error message on a webpage stating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to reload the page and a link to the OOS homepage.

Any info I need to know?
