I haven't been able to deactivate my licence online as my notebook was lost, so tried to deactivate offline. Initiated an offline deactivation, but nothing happens, beside of the error message: "An error has occurred with your offline-deactivation. If you continue to have problems, please Please log a support request." May I ask for your kind help?
