Trados Studio 2017 - deactivation initiated, cannot continue

Hi,

I have one licence and one extra activation. 

One has been recently installed on a new desktop PC, and the second was on a laptop, but now I need to move the one from the laptop to another desktop PC where it was originally activated.

On the laptop it says that the licence is expired, on SDL account it shows that the Deactivation was initiated, but I cannot generate Deactivation Authorisation Ticket, I get the error message to log a support ticket.

Can you please help deactivating the licence that is stuck in the process (the one activated in 2018)?

Please do not touch the active one from 2023 :)
