Why cannot I deactivate my Trados Studio 2017 Professional license?
For offline deactivation, the message "An error has occurred" appears. After I retry, the same message still appears.
For online deactivation, the message "Failed to activation. The activation server cannot be connected. The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." appears. After I retry, the same message still appears.
Could you help me with deactivation issue so that I can use the license on another PC? Looking forw
