Trados keeps repeating first installation

Question

Hello, 
 I have been using SDL Trados Studio 2019 for several years now and since about one year I have the following problem: Every so often when I open Trados it tells me that this is my first installation (exactly it says in German: "Ersteinrichtung von SDL Trados Studio") and I can't get out of it. The problem is that after that all my old projects are gone and I start from scratch. As a result I can only use Trados for small projects I can finish in one day, because I don't know if my work will be available when I restart Trados the next day. It is very annoying. How can this be stopped?
