Not possible to deactivate my SDL Trados 2017 license on my old computer

I would like to deactivate it to be able to activate it on my new computer.

Although, when using the online deactivation button in SDL Trados 2017 I get an error message which says it is impossible to create a secure SSL/TLS communication channel with the server. When I try to deactivate offline from my account and click on the "offline deactivation" option for the license I want to deactivate, I get the error message: 

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page.

I have tried several times both online and offline in different days, but with no success.

Could I have some help, please?
