Deactivation not possible, online as well as offline

Question

Essentially, I want to deactivate my licence for Studio 2019 on an old computer, to then activate it on the new computer. 
 Deactivating within Trados on the old computer gives the message: Revocation is either complete or a revocation proof is already uploaded. I don't know why, as I haven't revoced the licence yet (I can still use it) 
 Next, I tried offline deactivation. I clicked on Generate Deactivation Authorization Ticket. Now it says Deactivation Initiiated, but no further information on what happens next or how to proceed. 
 Help would be greatly appreciated.
