Hello.

I have downloaded the Studio 2022 trial from the website, and I have succesfully installed it and used it for 3 days. But then my computer crashed and when I tried to reinstall it, I am getting this error, when one reads: "Setup did not complete. The error is: Setup has detected a higher version of this product already installed. If you still wish to install this version, you must remove the other version first".

If I try to remove it via "Add/remove programs" (or if I try to repair it) the same error message is shown.

I have tried following the instructions here (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0032886 and here (https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0031579 and they did nothing. I have also used CCleaner to clean the registry and also have manually deleted some SDL keys (using the find command), but nothing happened.

What I find really odd is why the error message says there is a "higher version already installed".

Anyways, I'd like to solve the matter ASAP to keep trying the product (which I am loving) and then activate it with a license.
