I want to deactivate my Trados 2017 license but can't do it online, nor offline. If I try to do it from the SDL Trados application, clicking on the Deactivate button, I get a message saying: "Unable to deactivate this license. Could not connect to the activation server. Check the server address in the provider's configuration. " If I try to deactivate offline from my RWS Account, I get an error message.
Can you, please, help me asap? Thanks in advance.
