I have an active SDL Trados Studio 2022 Freelance perpetual subscription and an annual Translation Memory, which was valid until 19 July 2023. Yesterday I exceeded characters on Translation Memory; therefore, I bought a monthly subscription on SDL Language Weaver website for 9.99 EUR. The amount was reserved from my debit card and today I see an error "Your subscription is blocked - Payment error". My ENTIRE account of SDL Trados Studio 2022 Freelance with officially bought perpetual licence is blocked! And I have no support contract. Please someone help me because I have no idea what to do.
I think that my issue is mainly related to Cloud Translation Memory Subscription which I bought yesterday for a month (9,99 € which is still pending, wasn't rejected by my bank).
I think so because I get this error message "Your subscription is blocked - Payment error" when I try to use Cloud Translation Memory and I see that my https://languagecloud.sdl.com/ account is also completely blocked (I can login but I have no menu buttons to buy any licences). Can anyone help me to unblock my Cloud TM subscription? It's related to Language Weaver. Or can someone at least re-charge my payment if there was any connection error during payment process?
