Hello, I have the Trados Studio 2015 and I want to upgrade it but there are no upgrades available. Does this mean that it is too old and I have to get a new Trados Studio or is there a problem with my account?

In short, no. It's only possible to upgrade from 2019, 2021 or 2022 (if you just want a different version of 2022 like Plus or Professional).
Your best bet now would be to look at the available discounts for a new licence in the store - https://www.trados.com/store/ The discounts as of the time I posted this reply are 40% so may be interesting for you?
