Unable to deactivate or reset license via RWS account

Hi! My laptop - with activated Studio 2021 license - went missing/stolen yesterday.

Now I want to reset the license via RWS account as a first step to activating the dormant Trados installation on a secondary laptop. Clicking Reset License (tried twice) seems to start the procedure but ultimately has no effect, Licenses still shows Users:1, In use:1, Available:0.

Tips, suggestions?
