Unable to re-activate my license after deactivation

Hello, I have deactivated my license once because I changed computer and was able to activate my Trados on the new computer (or so it seemed). However, just today I noticed after opening my SDL Trados there is no license activated on it (it's on Trial period), while if I check in my RWS account page, my license is activated with 1 user. I have now tried to deactivate that license, but with no success...could you please help me? Thank you, Giuseppe
