I cannot start Trados 2021 Studio, it displays the following error message:

"Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fregment Matches"

How can I bring the program to life??
I couldn't find a reinstall option either.

Trados Studio 2021 It worked great for years. I want to start it and the above error message appears and disappears. What can be done? HOW can I reinstall the program??
