Hello, I am trying to deactivate Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to install Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus on my laptop.
It keeps failing. The message I get is: "Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted."

My Product Activate dialog box is closed.There is neither a Data folder nor a Studio.lic file in my C:\Program... \SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16 folder.
Where can I find this file/folder if it is not in the Studio16 folder? What is to be the file's new name?
