Renewal issue with cloud services

I have used Trados with a subscription in the past and it expired in Sept 2022. I just renewed my license, and this time I bought the perpetual version. I activated it and it's working but when I try to turn on Machine Translation it tells me it expired in 2022.

There's no sign of the license I've just activated being present there and I can't use the service. 

I have just started an urgent project with a very tight deadline so I need to understand how to solve this asap.
