Hello!
I've forgotten to deactivate my Studio 2019 license on my main PC to work on my laptop so I've tried to deactivate the license from RWS but I get the same error:
I've followed this istruction https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0038545 but I'm still struggling with my problem.
Can you please help me?
