How to reset my license? (upgrading to 2022 ver)

Hi I have a problem upgrading my Trados 2019 to 2022.

When I try to activate Trados 2022, it says "No licenses are currently available for the specific activation code".

I've also tried to deactivate 2019 version, and reset the 2022 version and activate 2022 version but it did not work.
