Can't activate/deactivate my Studio 2019 license

Question

Hello, 
 I tried to deactivate my license from Trados Studio 2019, but received error "Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded." So I reset my 2019 license in my RWS account and the license became "Unused". 
 Now I want to activate my license. When I start Studio 2019, go to HELP tab and click on PRODUCT ACTIVATION, DEACTIVATE button appears instead of ACTIVATE button in the pop up. My Studio 2019 doesn't work properly. My 2019 license is still "Unused" in my RWS account. 
 Could you please help me activate my 2019 license? Thank you for your support in advance!
