Deactivation fails because of "restriction" - Follow-up

Hello,

I am trying to deactivate Trados Studio 2021 Freelance to install Trados Studio 2022 Freelance Plus on my laptop.

It keeps failing. The message I get is: "Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted."

I was told to "Do W1 and then reactivate https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039553"".

My Product Activate dialog box is closed.

There is neither a Data folder nor a Studio.lic file in my C:\Program... \SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16 folder.

Please advise.
