Online and offline deactivation + license resetting not working: I need assistance to deactivate my license

I need assistance to deactivate my license to activate ir on another computer. Neither of the three methods work. I only get error messages. I am connected to my team's rws account (with the general e-mail address which is not the one used for my license) and the license I need to deactivate is only mine, not the licenses of my colleagues.
