We have several users on our account that are using Trados Studio 2022. The issue is one user is not able to log into her Cloud sign in. When she tried to log in it only shows an account for her, not the enterprise account. Here is what it looks like for a user who can access the cloud service,

However, the user having issues sees this when logging in,

I dont see any way to associate the ahenson account with the correct license. Please help, this is affecting her productivity.
