Hi Raquel Garcia (RaquelGarcia17951)
You make reference to CRQ-21946 and part of its title is:
'No internet connection' notification
incorrectly. (CRQ-21946)
Incorrect is the correct word because connections were being made, and yet users where getting the message.
So for yourself, is it a case of you truly cannot connect or is it the message is showing and if anything its annoying?
If it's a genuine error and you truly cant connect then may I ask if the installation was done with Admin rights, as historically this proved to be problematic?
Otherwise please can you assess the following article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000015327
Last comment, is we release Trados Studio 2022 SR1 today, so your version referenced is not the latest
Do update this post so we can continue to support you as needed
Many Thanks

I just updated to the latest version (I think: Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6.16252) yesterday. However, that pesky message persists. Any idea why? I am indeed connected and everything is working fine, but the message is still there. Quite annoying...

Apart from being pesky, does it stop you from doing anything? I did ask in my previous post if your software was installed with admin rights

Hi Lyds,
Thank you for following up. No, it doesn't stop me from doing anything as far as I can tell. Having said that, it's been there for at least 2 years. I think it could've been fixed already...
