Hello, I had purchased SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance a few years ago. I later surrendered my license in order to upgrade to Studio 2021. I had to reinstall Windows on my computer after I got the dreaded blue screen but was unable to deactivate my 2021 license before reinstalling Windows. My rws account now shows "No available licenses". I would really appreciate a solution to this problem.
