Hi, 
 
 I am trying to activate my SDL Trados Studio 2015, but without any success. I have requested the deactivation process but the following messge appears every time. I am trying to activate my license in both of my computers since it's a Plus license. Can you help me, please? I try to log a support request but that seems impossible as well. Everything is incredibly frustrating because every single process is so long, so complicated and involves a long time writing and etc. Can you please help me?
