Deactivating Offline Trados Studio 2019

Hello,

I am trying to use "Deactivate offline" to deactivate my license for Trados Studio 2019. After clicking on "Can't deactivate online? - Deactivate offline" link, it takes some time to show the next page and when the next page loads there is a message there saying:

An error has occurred

An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.

Please try reloading / refreshing this page.

This is not normal. I have tried reloading/refreshing the page many, many times with no success. Why is this happening? Should I just click on the "Reset license" link if the "Deactivate offline" license link does not work. Also, what happens when you reset your license? Does it get deactivated?
