I have deactivated my TRADOS 2021 license in order to upgrade it and install it in another server, but we have a message that we have to unsistalled the licenses we have in use.. So we went and installed the 2021 version again.. and now the aligment doesn´t work :(.. I have followed the instructions but something doesn´t work and keep getting the same message.
Please note you have a valid support contract and you can open a case from your account, Support and Education - Support, Get Support, Log a Case. Please clear up internally who has the rights to open a case as you only have one support user for your contract.
