I upgraded from 2021 Freelance to 2022 Freelance. They're standing side by side.
When I tried to activate 2022, I got an error message saying Cannot connect to Activation Server. I tried the offline activation but I never got the Installation ID so I was stuck.
In My Account, there is no Reset option. I'm going round in circles.
