Moving Studio 2021 Licence to another PC

Question

Hi, 
 My company has been working on Trados Studio for a long time, and is currently using Trados Studio 2021. We are currently in the process of purchasing and setting up new hardware, which means we need to move licences for the product we already own. 
 Regarding this problem, I am now trying to figure out how to move the Trados Studio licence from my PC to the new one. But in the Studio Licence tab, I see the following info: 
 Licence Server: 
 SFSERVER 
 Active Licence: 
 Trados Studio Professional 2021 
 
 My only options in that window being Borrow a Licence or Change Licence Server, I have no idea how to move this licence to the newest hardware.
