Need help with license activation.

I cannot activate my license on my new laptop. When I'm trying to activate it, I get the message: "Activation failed. Could not connect to activation server...". I deactivated it on the old one, I also tried to activate it offline, but I don't even see the license in the list of my products, there is no a reset button either.
To SDL team: I don't see any reason why it should be so complicated to activate a license, and as I can assume it from your forum, this is a pervasive problem. This is very inconvenient that you don't provide an e-mail address/chat option anywhere on this website so a user of your product could request prompt support for such a critical issue. Instead, one has to "look for an answer" on your overcrowded forums. Do better.
