How activate my license?

I had a problem with my Trados 2015 download. I have reinstall the program, but now I can't activate my license.  A message appears: activation failed. Activation not allowed as remainning quantity is 0. What can I do?

    Had you already activated Studio 2015 before? If yes, then your license is already in use and you need to return it before you can activate again. If you had activated it on the same PC, then it should still be activated unless you reformatted your PC.
    Check in your SDL account under "Licenses" what the status of the license is: does it show "In use = 1", then it means that you have already activated your license.
    If you cannot return it or sort it out, you need to ask SDL to reset your license by going to kb.sdl.com "Solution Finder - Licensing Problems" and explaining your situation. SDL will then reset your license.
