Dear all,
Please I need some assistance.... and I feel a bit embarrassed. It's the first time I purchase/upgrade a licence via RWS website (I did it via a reseller before, but now they don't provide anymore the service), and I believe I got a bit lost during the purchase process.
I have the order number already. The amount doesn't include VAT, but I know I have to pay it. I have entered my VAT number when I was ordering the updgrade.
What can I do now? I want to upgrade the licence and pay it, but I don't know how... with thiis VAT isue.
