Many thanks for your help. I have the RWS invoice, but I would like to pay the upgrade by wire transfer (it's easier to me).

I am having some problems with version 2021 lately that I have decided to upgrade it.

(I still have version 2019 that sometimes is not so responsive either).

No rush. I can wait by Monday if needed. That's okay.

Hi Paul,

After some setbacks and with the RWS page not working properly today, I have now managed to pay the invoice by bank transfer payment method.

RWS just need to confirm that has received the payment (I have sent proof of payment).

I only made the payment today, because I didn't see your colleague's message before and I was busy too.
