I recently bought a new laptop, so I wanted to use my Trados studio 2021 on my new laptop.
but when I tried to deactivate the license of the Trados studio on the old laptop, the popup window showed up and said I had to ask the admin to do it.
can you pls help me to resolve this problem asap, please?
