I did not cancel my former license SDL TRADOS 2019, however the company bought the new Trados 2022 and I want to start from scratch because I lost my credentials that were stored in my ancient computer that no longer exists. Please guide me on the following steps. Thanks

If you want to use Studio 2022, the person who administrates your company`s account needs to upgrade the licenses from 2019 to 2022 as described in this article: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001319
Then you need to login in your account, download and install Studio from Download section and activate a license from Licenses section: https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000009213
