I can't no longer use my activation code, it doesn't work. It is Trados Studio 2019. Any help on how to restore it? thank you.
You may be able to reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your RWS account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
