Cannot activate my license for Studio 2017

Question

Hi, 
 I am struggling at activating my license for Studio 2017. 
 I have upgraded my version from Studio 2015 to 2017 and obtained a new activation code. 
 I have installed Studio 2017 and entered the activation code where appropriate. I have tried several times, but always obtain an error message stating that the connection to the activation server cannot be made. 
 My computer is connected to Internet, so I don't see what the problem is. 
 The version I am trying to activate is SDL Trados Studio 2017 SR1 - 14.1.10015.44945 
 Can you help me with this issue?
