Question

Dear, When I uninstalled Trados last time I forgot to deactivate it, so now I can't install the new version. Can you help me?

 If you are installing on the same machine, no license reset is necessary. The product should be activated after reinstall. You need to reset your license only in case you've changed the computer or the operating system or something major on the hardware, like HDD or processor.
