Why has my licence expired after just 6 months?

After receiving a message concerning a Service Release for Trados Studio 2022, I tried to follow the instructions, but I was informed that (a) my password was incorrect. I changed it and I was able to access my account but I was informed that my licence has expired. This licence is a subscription from 31st December 2022 for one year costing €333. Entering the activation code had not effect.

 I have tried everything possible on the website but there are no sections dealing with an unauthorised licence expiry has has 6 months still to run.

These days I don't use Trados very much but I hesitate to cancel it. If you insist on expiring my licence then I will have no choice but to do so and ask for a refund of the portion of the subscription unused.
