Hello,
I got the same problem with package .sdlrpx after SR1 update. I jus got assigned a project and I can't even open it. I think this is kind of urgent situation.error.tif
Kind regards,
Lech Lachowski
and this is screen shot:

Hello Lech Lachowski
To be able to import the return package, ensure that the project that the original package was created from is in Studio's list of projects.
Thank you,
Sorin
Hello Sorin,
I am not sure what You mean by "is in Studio's list of projects". But one thing is for sure: before SR1 I have been receiving the same same kind of offline packages from the same client (who BTW is RWS Poland) many times, and I opened it smoothly. Of course after opening any of the files in editor there alwayse was error massage that I miss original file type that the project was create from (which is obvious, since it wasn't me who created the project), but could freely work on the project and all files.
Now the error comes up erly on the package importing stage, so I cannot even open the project.

Hello Lech Lachowski
I assume you sent a project package to RWS Poland from which they created the return package, right? If yes, open that project package in Studio before opening the return package.
If not, provide me more details about the workflow you`re following.
Thank you,
Sorin
Hello Sorin Petra,
In this particular workflow I am the reviewer, who's at the end it. Customer creates project, sends it to tranlator, then tranlator resends completed project to customer, who then sends it to me for review but I cannot open the package.
We temporarly worked around this problem – customer sent me extracted files and TMs, and I created my own project, but this is the first time I have a problem with opening packages I am beeing sent form customer.
Thank You,
Lech
Hello Lech Lachowski
They need to send you a project package for review not a return package - please check this with them.
To be able to open the return package they also need to send you the original package they sent to the translator, which needs to be open in Studio before opening the return package.
Thank you,
Sorin
Ok it's clear. So .sdlrpx is return package, not the project package, and I won't be able to open it. Copy that
